In order to activate the code please follow the instruction below: METHOD 1 Download and install the software from here Run the software Double-click on the downloaded CleanMyMac.dmg file and drag the CleanMyMac X icon to your Applications folder. Find the icon in your application folder, and double-click on it to open it. Click on the run button visible in your app window While in Activate to complete your cleanup In the lower right corner of the window click “I already have a license” – “Enter Product Key” In the next window in the box where it says “Enter Product Key”, type in the key, and then click “Next” Sign in with your MacPaw account credentials, or Enter your activation number. If that method does not work, please follow the instruction below: METHOD 2 Go to the redeem page, then enter your redeem code. Alternatively, if you have CleanMyMac X installed: Open the app, then click Unlock Full Version. Click Activate Now. Enter your redeem code, then click Next. Click Exchange Code. The redeem page opens with the redeem code entered in the respective box. Click Next. Sign in to your MacPaw account if you already have one, or sign up to create a new account. Great! You’ve successfully exchanged the redeem code for a CleanMyMac X plan. Click Go To Account, then follow the instructions to download, install, and activate your copy of CleanMyMac X. If you already have CleanMyMac X installed on your Mac: Open the app, then click Unlock Full Version. Click Activate Now, then sign in to your MacPaw account. Congratulations! You’ve activated your copy of CleanMyMac X.
